At Professional Eyecare Associates, we perform extensive comprehensive vision and eye health evaluations.  Through state-of-the art testing, pre-testing, and careful examination, we assess our patient's visual system and determine what type of individualized visual correction is best recommended.  Personalized visual correction may include Eyeglasses, Contact Lenses, or Laser Vision.
Our exam includes testing for common eye conditions such as Glaucoma, Cataracts, Macular Degeneration, among many other less common disorders of the eye.

An important part of an eye examination includes the eye health evaluation. Dilated fundus examination and diagnostic retinal imaging is performed to evaluate the health of an eye.  Common systemic conditions detected include:

• High Blood Pressure
• High Cholesterol
• Impending Stroke and Heart Attack
• Neurologic Disease including Multiple Sclerosis and Brain Tumors   
• Autoimmune Disease, Systemic Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sjogren’s Syndrome
