The whole experience was very pleasant, starting from arriving at the very attractive office building behind a Starbucks (which is a definite plus!). The office decor was professional and pleasing. The office staff was very helpful and friendly.  Everyone was happy to be a part of a positive eye care experience.  Dr. Jeffers was thorough and it was evident that my eyes were being treated by a consummate professional.  I am definitely coming back. I drive one hour from Mesa and the care I received was well worth the time and the gas spent.  Way to go!

Dr. Jeffers has been my eye doctor since I was 10. I feel very comfortable every time I go, if anything, I get excited for my annual checkup. Dr. Jeffers has a great personality, and takes time during the exam to get to know you and makes you feel you're his number one patient. All the staff are friendly and always have a smile on their face. Because of the friendly environment and high quality of care he provides, I will never go anywhere else.

I have many wonderful experiences under the care of the team that Dr. Jeffers has assembled.  Dr. Jeffers asks well-grounded questions and cares about his patients.  In addition to myself I have seen interactions with other patients. I am especially excited about how well the staff works together.  They see and respond to the patients in their care as a unit and with lots of kindness.  Both in the office and on the phone, the staff care.  All members of the Professional Eye Care Associates know and understand their roles that provide the best care to the patient.  The very best part of their attentions is that they are not in a hurry in their contact with their patients.

It is impossible to resist complimenting your staff and your care.  Michelle was so helpful arranging an appointment, she returned phone calls (unusual in the day and age), and always attempts to work with the patient on a scheduling time.  Christina, explains the different options of glasses and lenses with a tremendous explanation that one is able to understand.  Your staff is always smiling and helpful in every way possible.  Michelle and Christina are very kind, very courteous and very professional.  I prefer to purchase my glasses from you, even if it may cost a little more, because I know the service that goes with the glasses in unbeatable and so outstanding.

Your staff follows the example you manifest in your care to your patients.  You do not rush patients in and out, but take time to know you patients, and explain their condition in a manner that the patient is able to understand.  Michelle manages your schedule superbly so the wait time is very minimal, unless of course there is an emergent patient worked into your schedule.  Since I am in the health care profession, and my brother is an optometrist, I know and recognize quality eye care. You have the state of the art equipment.  You set the highest standard of quality of eye care I have ever experienced.  I thank you and your staff for allowing me to be one of your patients.

Doctor Jeffers has been my eye doctor for quite a few years now and he is an outstanding doctor! Throughout all of my eye exams, my battle with dry-eyes, contact fittings, and eye infections he has gone above and beyond to provide me with the most quintessential care, service and expertise. Dr. Jeffers always takes the time to address my needs and concerns and doesn’t mind spending a little extra time with his patients, something you don’t always find with other doctors. There may be a plethora of other eye doctors closer to where I live in Phoenix, but none that I would trust more than Doctor Jeffers for all of my eye-care needs. His knowledge, client-care and attention to detail make the drive down to Casa Grande well-worth my time. I would recommend Dr. Jeffers to anyone!

Dr. Ken Jeffers is a friend, but that isn't what makes him a terrific optometrist. He's concerned about other people, and takes time to get to know his patients. He genuinely cares about his patients and about people, which explains his love of mission trips during which he shares his gift with as many people as possible. He is a skilled diagnostician who won't let ego interfere if he can tell a patient needs care he isn't able to provide. I never hesitate to recommend Dr. Ken Jeffers to anyone who needs eye care.
