I came here for a second opinion and let me just say I am leaving my usual eye place and coming here from now on. Dr Jeffers was amazing! He took the time to listen and answer all my questions about the concerns I was having. I left feeling like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. 10/10 recommend

Exceptional experience end to end, from first call in, to visit, front desk, back office, the care, and followup. This office is professional, friendly efficient, and provides excellent care. It had been 25+ years for me, since an eye doctor visit, but this office is better than any doctor office I've visited. Starts at the top :)

Their whole team is amazing. They listened carefully and helped me create a set of lenses that fit perfectly. Best set I’ve ever owned. The staff is helpful, respects your time, and are all incredibly friendly. We’re fortunate to have them here in Casa Grande. Don’t hesitate for a second.

For the last, 14 years; Dr. Jeffers, Todd and Michelle have provided outstanding services for myself and my wife as well. Only one time (this October;) did I have to consider rescheduling ( I beleive Dr. Jeffers needed to attend a conference out of town.) The Office had an alternate optometrist from Maricopa fill in and she also did a terrific eye exam, including an update on my ongoing glaucoma (#2 status.) Exams are always on-time. I am 73 and have never had a better group of eye care professionals taking care of me. In Arizona, when you are in high demand; scheduling your appointment takes longer due to the increase of snowbirds. -Mark Benner

Dr. Jeffers is personable and knowledgeable. He takes time to get to know his patients and advocates for them. We will look forward to being his patients and are happy we discovered this gem in our new town.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Professional Eye Care Associates. I called on a Monday with concerns, and they were able to get me an appointment the very next day, which I truly appreciated. The staff was polite, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The doctor took my concerns seriously, listened carefully, and made sure everything was thoroughly checked. The office was very clean and professional, and even with my stubborn eyelids, they were patient and able to get the job done without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. I’m very thankful for the care I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing eye care.

I recently had an issue with this clinic when my RayBan Meta glasses were lost while being sent out for lens replacement. Naturally, this was very frustrating and concerning, especially since they were an important and valuable pair. However, I do want to acknowledge that the clinic (more specifically the Manager Ben and Yvette) took responsibility and followed through in resolving the situation. After a few weeks they were able to locate my glasses and return them, which I truly appreciate. While the situation itself shouldn’t have happened, and I can also agree it wasn't fully their fault as it was lost during transit. I’m just glad they made the effort to correct the mistake. Overall, my experience had a rocky moment, but their willingness to fix the issue and communicate through the process made a difference. After speaking to them I know they will take extra steps to prevent this from happening in the future. Again I appreciate the resolution. Thank you Ben and Yvette!

Dr Jeffers takes his position seriously and eased my concerns with solid, factual information. I trust him with my eye care. You can get glasses anywhere, but a doctor who know your history and issues, can't be easily replaced.
